Requests for a Membership enrollment packet may be submitted in writing or in person, accompanied by a $10.00 application fee; a non-refundable money order payable to β€œThe Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head, Aquinnah.”
No person shall qualify for membership if they are a member of any other Tribe, band or Indian community unless they relinquish their membership in such.
